Our kids boxing classes build confident, disciplined, and resilient young fighters in a safe, high-energy environment. Sessions combine fundamental boxing technique with age-appropriate drills, pad work, and coordination games that keep kids engaged while developing balance, speed and spatial awareness. Our trainer is experienced in youth coaching, and focused on positive reinforcement; we emphasise effort, respect and progression so every child leaves each class proud of what they learned.
Classes also prioritise fitness and help children build endurance and motor skills. Whether a child wants to learn self-defence, get fitter, or try a new sport, our kids boxing classes offer a bold, supportive space where they can grow, challenge themselves and have a lot of fun.
